Kettlebells
Kettlebell classes with MaryBeth Gangemi offer an integrated approach to strength and fitness that trains the entire body at once. Classes are designed to be adapted to all fitness levels. They last one hour and combine strength, core work, mobility drills, and cardio conditioning through a full range of body movements with careful attention to proper form and technique to prevent injuries and optimize your results. In addition to these regularly scheduled kettlebell classes, there are also outdoor movement classes.
Mother Nature
Classes with MaryBeth Gangemi are an exploration of movement drawing from the natural sequence of human development such as breathing, head control, rolling, rocking, crawling, squatting, and walking. Then expanding on those skills, we move into a full range of basic human movements such as, lifting, carrying, throwing, catching, balancing, jumping, crawling, walking, running, and climbing. Every activity is scaled for your individual competency, readiness, and goals.
