It covers easy to apply physical movements and simple breathing exercises that are shown to help improve sleep efficiency. It also looks at nutritional considerations, including common sleep supplements, as well as sleep hygiene. You will learn natural techniques to unblock your nose, develop more functional breathing, strengthen the integrity of the upper airways, and help balance the body’s autonomic nervous system to help you sleep soundly and wake up feeling energized.
