The Strong Body Strong Mind online course is a beginner to intermediate level course for those who want to learn to train both body and mind to be healthier, happier, and stronger. The course consists of over 3 hours of video lessons, plus additional resources, bonus videos, and fun worksheets to help support learning. In this course, I offer a solid starting point for everyday people to begin physical training. In addition, this course offers you lessons and insights on thinking positively, motivations, the practice of creating healthy habits and a wide range of strategies to clear any self-limiting beliefs.
